This is a placeholder policy prepared during Loc Flow's early development. The final policy must be legally reviewed before launch.
Information we collect
Loc Flow is designed to store the information you choose to record about your loc care. This may include:
- Account information such as name and email address
- Loc Profile information (hair type, loc type, density, porosity, loc count)
- Photos you upload to your loc diary
- Diary entries and notes
- Retie history and scheduled reminders
- Subscription and billing data (where applicable)
- Information you choose to share with a loctician
How we use your information
Your information is used to power your personalised Loc Flow experience — to keep your loc history organised, deliver retie reminders and allow you to share selected details with a loctician when you choose.
Sharing
Loc Flow does not sell your data. Information is only shared with third parties when you deliberately generate a shareable summary or when required by law.
Your controls
You can review, edit or delete your Loc Profile, diary entries, photos and retie history from within the app. Full account deletion will be available from your Settings screen once Loc Flow launches.

A dedicated privacy contact will be published here before Loc Flow opens to the public.
